There will be a shipping pause for our friends in the US, as we will pause shipments there due to the high tariffs. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship overseas orders (except USA) via SingPost.Do note that the shipping fees do not include any import and customs taxes. If you intend to purchase our products and you reside in the EU/UK, you’ll have to incur the VAT as well.
What are the delivery options?
We offer only tracked courier delivery for all local (Singapore) orders. Cost - $2.80
For overseas orders, we will be using tracked delivery via Singpost/ezy2ship. For more info on the shipping rate for overseas, you may visit the link.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
All orders will be processed and packed within 2 - 4 working days.
Local (Singapore) shipping would take 2-3 days for tracked shipping once mailed off. (Do check your email inbox or spam)
International shipping would take an estimated 2-4 weeks for shipping within Asia, and 3-6 weeks for shipping outside of Asia.
What if my package was delayed or lost?
Once we pass your order over to our courier partners for delivery, we will not be liable or responsible for any delays in packages or lost mail.
I've submitted the wrong delivery address! What should I do?
Please ensure that you submit the correct address, including your unit number. If you discovered that you submitted the wrong address in your order, please notify us promptly via Instagram DM.
If your order has been shipped out and sent back to us, we will contact you, and the redelivery cost will be borne by you.
There are missing items/ My order has been damaged. What should I do?
Do DM us on IG @artzybunzy or email us at [email protected] with your order number, with a photo of the affected areas, and we will try our best to see what we can do!
